Bio
Jennifer Sinclair Simpkins is a family law attorney with Raleigh Divorce Law Firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. Since joining the firm in September 2018, she has represented individuals and families in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, separation agreements, and other domestic legal issues throughout Wake County and the surrounding areas.
In 2024, Jennifer became board certified in family law by the North Carolina State Bar, a distinction recognizing attorneys who have demonstrated substantial experience and commitment to the practice of family law. She was also selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2024 through 2027. This peer recognition is awarded to a limited number of attorneys in each state based on professional achievement, peer recognition, and other established selection criteria.
Jennifer earned her law degree from Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she concentrated her studies on family law and completed advanced coursework in the field. During law school, she gained hands-on experience through internships with local family law firms and developed a strong interest in helping clients address complex and often emotionally challenging legal matters.
While attending Campbell Law School, Jennifer participated in the Blanchard Community Law Clinic, where she worked with nonprofit organizations in the Raleigh community to assist individuals in need of legal services. She also participated in Campbell’s Restorative Justice Clinic, focusing on conflict resolution and community-based legal advocacy.
Jennifer was featured in the September 2024 issue of Attorney at Law Magazine, where she discussed her legal background, professional path, and approach to representing clients in North Carolina family law matters.
Originally from Garner, North Carolina, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health Studies with a minor in psychology from East Carolina University. Her educational background contributes to her practical and client-centered approach when working with individuals and families facing family law disputes.
At Raleigh Divorce Law Firm, Jennifer assists clients across Raleigh, Wake County, and nearby communities with family law matters involving divorce, custody disputes, support issues, property division, and related concerns.
