Hilbert Law Offices Practice Areas

Hilbert Law Firm was founded in 2005 by Mary Lifson Hilbert and focuses on family law.

Firm Mission Statement

When you are facing a divorce or litigation surrounding custody or domestic violence, you need a lawyer who understands the dynamics of the deeply personal experience you are going through. We understand.

If a family law matter can be resolved by agreement, such should occur. On the other hand, where a reasonable agreement cannot be reached, we are not afraid to litigate. As was pronounced in John F. Kennedy's inaugural address, "Never negotiate out of fear, but never fear to negotiate."
